“Kirstie has been providing care for my mum for four months. She and Emma, who works with her, are responsible, skilled and dedicated carers. They provide care to my mum five days a week and make her feel special, having developed a good relationship with her by being cheerful and friendly. I often hear them talking to her when I am not there. They play music on Alexa that they know she likes and have often been able to persuade her to let them help her walk out to the conservatory. In summary, they are excellent carers who I would wholeheartedly recommend to others.”
